Entrepreneurship Excellence Programme (EEP)
SBM Business school teaches client the process of designing, launching and running a new business. We enhance capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit. The Entrepreneurship Excellence Programme addresses all areas that makes business fail and provide courses with which new and potential entrepreneurs can rise above failure.

Business Finance and Funding Start-ups Programme
While entrepreneurship typically focus on the launching and running of businesses, due to the high risks involved in launching a start-up, a significant proportion of start-up businesses have had to close due to “lack of funding, bad business decisions, economic crises, lack of market demand, or a combination of all.
Our Business Finance Programme provides ideas around book-keeping, income and expenditure management, invoicing and managing reconciliations to achieve unlimited success. We train you on money matters from business planning, managing businesses and assets, to accounting and front-office.

Product Development (PD)
This course helps to enable entrepreneurs develop the ability to find and act upon opportunities to translate inventions or technologies into products and services. It will increase their ability to recognize the commercial potential of their ideas and organize the required capital, talent, and other resources.

Business Innovation Programme (BIP)
This program helps to transform an invention into a commercially viable innovation.” In this sense, the term “Entrepreneurship” also captures innovative activities on the part of established firms, in addition to similar activities on the part of new businesses.
